As a successful member of Weight Watchers, I prefer KFC. I can have the breast meal for 6 points with slight adjustments:
1) remove the skin from the breast; 2) make green bean and corn my side orders; and 3) eat only half of the biscuit. It is still very filling and and economical.
Chick-Fil-A is not available in my area, so I can't include it, and I only visit McDonalds for breakfast.

i never ate at chick fil a but i did eat at most other fast food places i like mcdonalds i dont like KFC their food is never done and too much fat under the skin its mushy. BUT i think that boston market has the best chicken and wendys is not greasy burger kings burgers have more meat and taco bell needs more meat even though there are stories and we always complain about the food i think i will still eat at these places
