Okay - so some of you wont know that Seether is actually an original South- African band - YES THEY ARE! And their old name is Saron Gas...

Who knows why they had to change their name and is there anybody out there who heard their previous albums. Can anyone tell me what they think of this band and why they have changed their style so much since they went to America?

They changed the name because Saron gas is a chemical weapon. It was used in the 1995 Tokyo subway attacks. The band's label thought this would be disrepsectful for the American market, so they changed their name.
