That's a hell of an offer, considering I've only just joined...

But seriously. I think most people accept that there is only a relatively loose connection between sex and marriage, and that they can be considered separately.

Of course, that's not to say that sex before marriage is in any way obligatory ;)

Sex before marriage is a good thing, compatability is not just about being good as a couple, everyone has differing needs in a relationship, sexually or otherwise. Knowing your partner and his or her needs in the bedroon as well as in the mind helps make for a wholesome and hopefully, lifelong partnership between those people, we are all independant people and have free thought, society I feel needs to be alot more open-minded.

Only if you'd like to stay married once you are. I've been married 25 years and that would not have happened if I had married a couple of the other guys I 'knew' before I married. There IS a difference. Some folks are NOT teachable. And physical compatibility DOES matter.

YES certianly... the development of your sexaulity is paramount as you grow up... ie its part of teenager, comming of age and rites of passage etc...

Plus you have different types if sexual as you grow up ie spin the bottle and making out wioth your mates next to you as a teenager, to bed sex as an oldie...

whats specail about marriage anyway?

You get in debt for a big party to the god of the sexist, homophobic witch burner cult to be followed by fights, divorece and custody battles over the cat and kids, loose your house and half your wealth or more and end up bitter

it is not advisable to have sex before marriage because of the following reasons:physical reason and the spiritual reason,
am going to start with the physical reason take a casestudy of a friend of mine, that met a guy ,she was so much in love with the guy that when the guy ask if he could have sex with her , she agreed after all the fun they both had togather, my friend sholly observed that the guy is avoiding her and she wanted to tell the guy she was pregnant.she met the guy last and to the guy about the pregnancy but the guy rejected the pregnancy and my friend went for abortion which today is affecting her psychological. While the spiritual reason is according to the bible our body is the temple of God so its should not be defiled.for me am keeping myself, i advice you do the same.

Foolish because it forms a bond that is difficult to break, blinding the eyes of those involved and making it sometimes impossible for them to escape their partner and any serious problems they may have. Those who abstain and wait until marriage have far more strength and can see clearly. They are often able to move on if necessary.

Yes. In previous years, after people got married, they would find compatibility sexually wasn't there. Thus the divorce rate increased (of course, there are also other reasons too). But if you can find someone that you are compatible with not only emotionally, but sexually, it certainly increases the odds of the relationship succeeding.

It depends on how you feel about it - and your partner. In the society we live in now, it would be wise to abstain but if you can't, then make absolutely sure you are protected. Learn about sexually transmitted diseases. It only takes one time to get pregnant or to end up with a disease that will change your whole life.
