ITS HUMAN ERROR

2006-07-07 03:19:28 · answer #1 · answered by hardware_guy 5 · 0 0

The answer is never simple. It is never pretend to be that way.

The US did not want to enter the war, they wanted to set calmly at the sidelines at let the Germans duke it out on their own. They would deal with Hitler if they had to at a later time.

Old Hitler got a bit greedy and conned the Japanese into believing that they were far superior to the "cowardly US". So Japan took up the yoke and joined forced with the Germans to bring the US to its knees and into the war the only way they knew how.

They bombed Pearl Harbor. That caught our attention and brought us all to fever pitch of partitism while it crippled the Japanese Americans who lived in peace in the US.

These Japanese American suffered for their new country and because of their new country. Unfortunately it could not be helped and my heart feels to them. But war is a very sad thing.

We tried not to bomb, not to do what Japan had so blindly done to us, we did not turn the other cheek but our people were brought to arms and we did fight.

If Japan had succeeded in conquering the US do you really think that they qwould have treated us with honor. To the Japanese the honor is in the taking of their own lifes. To surrender is dishionirable.

The cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki were bombed to bring the war to a swift end, thus saving countless lives on both sides.

Japan said we were wrong to do the bombing and I say they were wrong in bombing us and casting suspension on the Japanese Americans in our country who had done nothing.

Japan is now a better country for our influence with them, not against them but with them.

I do not believe in an eye for a eye. But if justice was ever served it was served that day.

When they bombed Pearl Harbor that was a big NONO otherwise you mess with us we bomb you. Dont go around saying that though cause u can get in a lot of trouble. we had to do something to end this so thats what happened and i know its a sad thing innocient people have lost their lives kids who really don't know the history of it are still dying from it today. We had to save our lives the people then had to protect us now unless we wanted to be a Putrid communist country. No freedom. They did it for our freedom and all of our rights.

Because Japan attacked the naval base of U.S. i.e. Pearl Harbour... so the U.S. dropped bombs at Hiroshima and Nagasaki

it was pure and simple revenge... er.. defense... whatever you wanna call it... Japan bombed Pearl Harbor in a surprise attack and so the USA retaliated and bombed them back... sort of like a "my horse is bigger than your horse" competition i guess

because they felt the need to show the world how strong they were. it had nothing to do with the war that was ending anyway but with the war that was just about to begin, the cold war. it was a way to show the enemy: 'i've got this. don't mess with me'.

believe it or not, it was done to save lives. an invasion of the japanese homeland would've resulted in over 1,000,000 (estimated) american casualties alone.
