Also ... buy a book or make her a book. Have each guest write down something about Mommy and a message to baby. It makes a keepsake for her for when the baby gets older. Then she can look back and read what each person had to say about her and her unborn child. It is GREAT I love to read what my friends and family thought about me being a Mommy and what they thought my daughters would be like. The girls love it too!
Mom of 3 girls! 14, 6 and 11 mos.

Wow, there are some GREAT ideas listed above! I'd like to add:
-word jumble: take common baby items that you'd buy for baby (like bassinett, bottle, layette, stroller, teddy bear) and jumble the letters. Give people a certain amount of time to unscramble the words. The person with the most correct wins.
-Guess the lullabye: play short snippets of different lullabyes or kiddie songs (like Barney's theme song, or songs from Sesame Stree), and see who can get the most correct.
-Nursery Rhymes - Take titles of nursery rhymes, remove a word or two, and see who can fill in the most blanks. (i.e. - "Wynken, Blynken & _______". The answer is Nod. "Baa, Baa ______ ______". The answer is Black Sheep)
-find the safety pins: place a number of diaper safety pins in a large bowl of dry rice grains. Mix them in thoroughly. Give each guest 30 seconds (or 15 or 60, the time is up to you) to feel in the bowl with one hand (and without looking) to retrieve as many pins as possible. The one who retrieves the most wins.
-one crafty person I knew bought pieces of fabric and some fabric paint... she had each guest draw or write on one square... and then compiled all the squares into a quilt for the baby.
-this last one isn't a 'game', but it was an activity that my best friend arranged at MY shower that I really appreciated. She had each guest fill out a 3 x 5 card with either advice or an anecdote about parenthood (some were serious, others funny... the point was, each person got to share what they felt was important). Throughout the course of the shower, she made sure she got photos of all my friends and family who were there. A week later she presented me with a photo album, advice cards tucked next to corresponding photographs. I was VERY touched by such a thoughtful gift.
Good luck with the shower!

I really like the candy bar in the diaper, that is a really funny game to play. There is another one where you take about 5 to 10 jars of baby food, odd ones are the best, like vegetables blends and meats, there is sooo many different foods to do this with, anyway, take the labels off the jars of food and line them up, label them with a marker 1 thru 10 or how ever many you have, make sure you know which one is which, each person goes and smells and tastes the food and guesses what each one is, the winner gets a small prize.

Baby Bingo
Safety Pin Game (Everyone gets a pin and puts it on. The word "BABY" is forbidden to say. If you hear someone say the word "BABY" you take all of the pins they have. The person with the most pins wins!)
How big is Mommy? (Everyone writes down how many inches they think mommy measures around the belly...closest person wins!)
Name Game (On the top of a the page have the baby's name typed, or just use Baby Last Name, and have lines to use to write all of the names you can think of using only the letters provided at the top of the page. Person with the most names wins!)
What is Mommy Wearing? (Mom leaves the room, and everyone writes down what they think she was wearing. The person with the highest number of accurate items wins!)

We had one for my niece and here are some we played
guess how many candies are in a small jar they place it on paper and the closest one to the number wins
write a list of trivia questions to be answered between 5 and 10 questions. Make enough copies for everyone . Pass them out face down when everyone has one tell them to start first one done with all answers correct is the winner.
we also had my son draw a face of a baby on big paper tacked it to the wall and made paper pacifiers. Play it like pin the tale on the donkey.

There is one where you place small clothes pins on the guest's clothing and announce that during a given time, 1 hour + no one is allowed to say the word "Baby" if you are heard saying the word "Baby" the person that caught you takes one of your pins and pins themselves. When the time is up the person with the most pins wins a prize.
this game is fun when the guest are into it. if there not, it just adds to the clean up.
Have fun.

I just had a co-ed baby shower for my daughter and used these two web sites for ideas.
http://www.babyshowerscentral.com/dgames.shtml
http://www.babyshower101.com/baby_shower_games.html
The quests liked the remember the items on the tray game plus you give the tray and items to the mother-to-be.
We played the guess the candy bar game with the "boys" and it was a blast.

I was just about to recommend the "safety pins in dry rice game" .......... that one is loads of fun!!!!
Another fun game is, empty a bag of cotton balls on the floor and give the "blind-folded" player a large spoon. They have 30 seconds to scoop up as many cotton balls as possible while putting them in a bowl. Whoever scoops up the most, wins! It is really fun and kinda hard to do.
