There are muscles in the vagina that throb when a woman is having an orgasm, it feels different when she is faking. I think you should talk to her, and let her know that your ego won't be bruised if she can't have an orgasm. Then she won't feel the need to fake it. Lets face it guys there are times when no matter what we do they won't have an orgasm.

Look at this way, if she's faking, she must really care for you to make you want to feel good about a bad performance.
Sometimes there is a way to tell, depending how good they are at faking the muscle contractions.

well, I am a girl, and believe me: no way for you to know it! I did it 2 times to show my partner that he can't see a diference! We bet, as a joke, and I won. He couldn,t believe that I faked! So, no way for you to learn it!
