Alan b, as lovely as you might be, shouldn't we be over this by now. I'm sure if you "Google" you'll get the answer. But my guess is that it has something to do with television. If I remember correctly it was on a Monday night after work. Maybe I'm wrong here - it was such a long time ago and I now live in Canada.
