George Orwell invented the Big Brother character in his novel 1984. That doesn't mean the concept is fictional, especially with the depressingly ready availability of all (in America, that is) of our most personal information to anyone with the money and or power to access it.
Yes, we have Big Brother here. And we really do need to go read our lovely Constitution and demand it be upheld.

Do you mean "Big Brother" the TV show (yes, it starts tonight on CBS), or do you mean "big brother" like the government is watching us? As for the latter, supposedly not, but with all that has gone on here over the past few years (Patriot Act, Homeland Security Act)...I'm not so sure any more!

I heard Australia is making some knotted up regulations because of kid pediphilers. Like porn ought to now not have small breasted women human beings shown because they "appear like youthful females" ? to boot as some different regulations i have heard.
