biting down as hard as u can on ur pinky nails and pulling straight out, or placing a toothpick under ur big toe nail (sticking outward) and kicking a wall?

I'm going to go with the big toe. You're unlikely to actually put out your fingernails, but getting a toothpick caught under your nail would draw blood at the very least.
