If God created the whole universe, why are we so arrogant to think we're all that's here? If the universe is as immense as we believe it to be, then odds are we're not God's only little experiment in demiurgery (creation of life). In fact, it's quite possible we're not even the newest batch. If you think about it, there hasn't been much in the way of divine communication since Joan of Arc, perhaps God has moved on to a higher race after seeing our limitless ability for self-destruction.

What do you mean by "little corner?" As far as we know, we're the only ones alive in this universe. And so, we could actually claim ownership. Unless, there's someone else out there.

He wanted to know if we could be trusted to look after and care for our "little corner" before giving us a universe to destroy.

Styll is right..we cant even handle the responsibility of our 'little corner'...if we got a few star systems you would see the same thing..some superpowers stopping other planets/organisations from getting power..some radicals..polution..war..famine..etc etc etc..
besides..he did give us the universe (to explore for now)..we just dont know how to go there..
would be strange if he would give us the technology to do star trek kindof things..weird..why would he..you just dont start with already having owned billions of stars..

the path to discovery is what makes life enjoyable.if we had started out being capable of accessing all corners of the universe we would miss the process of discovering everything in between.acheivement is the mark of success, but its the struggle that makes us great. if you are unhappy with our "little corner" i suggest you do your part in improving it by being a better you.

believe in aliens.. if god were to create somethin, he made it evenly distributed in all universe... if there was this big bang theory elements from the explosion were also evenly distributed... im very very sure carbon & hydrogen didnt just made it to earth.. there is too in some parts of the universe which could have possibly started a cell.. life.
