Oh to dream......
After taxes it would be about 135 million. Start over and make a new life. Hopefully keeping it quiet as possible.
Set up a grant system, scholarship, charities; deemed to educate and create self-reliance. (25 million)
Clean up my friends and families debt without them knowing. Next, set up a monthly allowance for myself and a few others. No more than 50 grand a year ( take home after taxes) for ten- fifteen years. Have to be self-reliant, to stay on this pay-role. And a free retirement fund created.(50 million)
Start three business. One for play and one serious and one a family/friend set up where I'm a silent partner. (35 million. Annual revue will be generated from the business.)
Talking HG-TV here!/ Renovations: Renew an area. Build on my own land for family and friends. Not an amusement park. Homes and our sense of community nice, nothing too overstated. But with the bells and whistle of technology. (20 million)

First I have to be honest, I would travel to all the parts of earth I want to visit, second I would give my 3 daughters a house for their future family to help them in this difficult world, then I would make a foundation to help homeless people in every important city in my country which is a third world one, because here we do not have that kind of facilities for people that do not have a place to sleep and have a decent plate of food at least once a day, and of course a bath. My country has 14 departments and one head of dpt. It would ve wonderful to built one house in at least 45 cities, because when I see too many people in the streets I can be happy with what I have, if there is some money left I would save it for my future.

Tell my work place to take a flying leap as I and anyone who would leave for 1 million walked out the door. Get my family set up comfortably and have a blast giving the rest away.

I would buy a house a nice SUV and i would travel around the world with my kids. I also would open daycare centers for people who can't afford to pay the high cost of daycare!!! I would put my kids in the best of schools that money can buy. I would pay for there colleges.

-Invest 100 million so that my family and future generations can have a reliable source of income all their lives.
