personally I think there is so much "hidden" talent in this world, however.. in watching those "talent" shows you KNOW people are just seeking the 30 seconds of fame in the first place... I mean really... some of those people KNOW they can't sing, act, dance, or even stand there correctly... the whole "American Idle" Pppfffff please.... I didn't care if the had real talent or not.. it was just funny to see the ones that couldn't sing... I know your thinking I'm cruel but no... a poll was taken and a little over half out of 100% just watched the auditions and not the actual show where those that made it performed for votes.... oh and to watch Simon put people in the dog house.... I don't watch shows like that... ok...ok.. not anymore... however I did enjoy a few spots of But can they dance I think was the name of it where the actor and or actress danced with actual dancers... and that one show so you think you can dance... I watched one episode of that one... not bad.. but who am I to judge right?....

it is a funny show if nothing else. the only ones who had talent were the younger singers (11, 14) and this lovely lady who played the harp. some of the talent has been a hoot. the guy who wore angel wings was tacky, the stripper who wore a snow white outfit..

well I was surfing last nite and caught the last act the 11 year old girl, GOD does she have a voice for such a young child..she was awesome... she will have a career as of right now...
so yeah there is some talent on the show
