These people are not your friends. If they steal from your employer then your employer is losing money. That means less money for your employer - less pay rises for everyone - including you. How would you feel if your employer went bankrupt and ceased trading because they were losing too much money through theft? For a start you would feel UNEMPLOYED and so would all the other decent, honest folks working there.
If you know about the theft then you have a duty to inform someone about it. Picture what might happen if they were caught and said that they thought it was OK because YOU knew about it and did nothing - that's your job on the line as well.
People who steal often lie as well - whats to stop them saying you were stealing too? They could even say you were the ringleader.
Turn these low-lifes in. Do it anonymously if you're afraid of reprisals or if you still think that you and they are friends but turn them in. They may just learn from it and become better people as a result (although I wouldn't hold my breathe if I were you)

I wouldn't suggest snitch because snitches get stitches, just talk to a supervisor because it obvious that that stealing on your shift which make you a accessory to the crime. I suggest you tell the supervisor that you believe someone is stealing you don't want to accuse anyone but your shift needs to be monitor a bit more closer so the problem could stop because it makes you feel uncomfortable.

Just let them keeping doing it. You turn them in, they will not only get mad at you. But they can get back at you as well. Or they can lie and said it was your idea. Someone else will find out, and they will get caught for it. They will be pretty, wearing shining new bracelets on their wrist.
No matter what friends do, just because they jump off a bridge. Don't mean you have to leap off of it too. If you join them, well you are stupid as they are.

good question, first ask yourself if you are committed to your employer.then consider that you are lucky he or she as trusted you enough to employ you.honesty and integrity of ones self is the most important qualitys one has.the truth is if you friends are stealing and you are not you are still a thiefe if your aware of it.your employer trusted you enough to take you in to his his business.it is your responsibility to work and meet his expectations of you.so i would be discrete,im not syaing you have to be the company hero.but im sure you can find away to let your boss know.but remember the more direct way will show your boss you truly care about his company and nothing but good can come out of it.

You don't want to be friends with a thief... next thing you know they'll be borrowing something of yours and you'll never see it again. But hey i guess its a judgement call on that... Personally I wouldn't want a friend that steals because he might blame stuff on me or whatever and try to plant evidence or whatever on me.

Bust Them Out! Friends that steal aren't real friends. You should always have friends that are honest.

Well, since you are aware of what's going on you are an accessory to a crime.

If you can make you supervisor aware of what to watch for
but tell her you want to remain anonymous, that way you
might be able to keep your job and out of any legal trouble.
