a country dose not have the right to filter the net but the Internet provider yes. change the Internet provider or use a proxy surfer

Well, I could have told u the solution but I cant figure out what sites you are being bolcked.If you are blocked to see sites that are un ethical etc... then I might fall in to 'HARAM'( sin ) telling U how to see these sites!
