Go to your local SS office and tell them your story. If you are 21 years old, I would bet you didn't "forget" after all these years - seeing as you would be using it about 3 times a week anymore.

your question does not sound honest.
sounds like your testing the waters to see if someone already has your SS #.
i dont think you can be as stupid as you sound.
whoever got your SS# is not going to tell you here, hes probably robbing your credit cards and bank accounts right now.
btw, what is an SSS number anyway?

how do you forget things that important?????? You got a liences go to you Social Security Office and request another Card i did this when our home burned in 95 and they ask a few questions and mailed me a new card.

You need to make a trip to the SS office with your birth certificate... Otherwise you can't get that information.
