Go back to the court that imposed the ban and appeal. The Clerk of the Court will give you all the info, write to them first.

Don't. You probably deserved 10 years at least, as driving bans in the UK are pitifully short.

Why did you wait till you're almost halfway thru the ban to consider appealing against it?

It depends on the reasons why you got the ban, dangerous driving inc speeding, drunk driving or causing the death of someone are reasons you will have to wait till the ban is finished.

you cant to late you only have set period of time to appeal against ruleing, depends on what ban was for anyway ,,, get over it and hire a driver for next 2 years.. .

You obviously deserved your punishment. You should have gone to jail for the 4 years and that would have solved the problem. Save your money on a lawyer and get the bus.

Try the Citizens Advice Bureau - they might be able to help, but why have you waited so long before appealing?
