I hate him too. I call him the 21st. century Hitler. There's actually no difference between the two, except for a quantitative difference.

God tells me that I am to love my neighbor as my self. For this reason if I were to say "I hate, George Bush." I would also be saying I hate myself as well. So no I do not hate him.
On the other hand I do not like his policies because he believes and is associated with those who are known as the "Power Elite". Bush is only one of the major cogs in the wheel that makes the world what it is. Bush is in office because the Power elite put him there to accomplish a particular job, just like all his predecessors.
To learn why George Bush does what he does you must learn who the Power Elite are and what their goals are. Until you learn this you have no idea why things are as they are. I have given some sites below that begin explaining this. It is up to you to click and read. If you don't then you do not care what happens to you and your life and the lives of your loved ones.

For the most part, the misinformed, the short sighted, the just plain stupid, and of course the democrats. Whether you agree with all of his policies or not, there is no reason to hate him unless you have nothing else to focus on, which puts you into the groups mentioned.

I wish him a peaceful retirement.
I hate most of the things he has done and most of the things he stands for, but he's a member of homo sapens too. I don't wish him ill will as a human. I just hope he'll gain the insight to undo most of what he has done.

i dont think any one dare to hate him because they will also get the same thing what saddam has got. if people hate him in majority then he wouldn`t have become president ofUS.
