Not at all, you just have a different taste is all at least in regards to movies. As far as crushes go, you just haven't had a spark occur yet. When you find someone, you will feel that spark and know that there is nothing wrong. Just give it time to come, just asking this question shows you have a sensitive side.

Not necessarily. It could just be a deep seated fear of emotional closeness.....or a fear of getting hurt. Either way, it would be a sad thing if you went through your whole life without sentimentality.
