I am the same colouring as you. You should visit MAC, the make-up bible! They do the best RED lips in town. Revlon used to have the best shades in the 90's, however their product doesn't compare to MAC - that's why make-up artists choose it as their number one! (remember to keep your eyes quite plain if you're wearing at hot red lipstick, preferably no colour on your eyes, just mascara and maybe a little eye liner!)

Go to the QVC website and order the Pucker up lipstick set from Models prefer. You get 6 lipsticks in various shades of red so you can make your choice. And they smell yummy. I have this set and it is fabulous. It is only about £12, great value and it is better than some expensive ones.

I'm blonde and fair-skinned and love wearing red lipstick - it's so dramatic!
The best type of red for you is a browny red as it's more flattering than the bluey red tones that suit darker hair.
My current favourite is Christian Dior Rouge Velvet in 776.

I wouldn't go TOO red, maybe like a pinky red like a Puce or Cerise. Brands? well more expensive is Clinique and MAC but I use Maybellene which is really good.... or revlon. Those are good ones
