Hi I would just like to tell you about a lady who was in hospital when I had my daughter. She had had 13 miscarriages but went on to have a healthy baby. If you do not understand everything about your pregnancy go back to your doctor and ask him to explain and if there are any measures you can take to minimise losing your babies. Would bedrest help. If you have to stay in bed for the length of pregnancy it would be worth it..Good luck and I hope all goes well. I have lost a baby aswell so know how you feel.

Does your doctor have you on bedrest? You should be in bed most of the day...with your feet up..to help prevent any premature labor..I found this about Placenta Abruption. Maybe it will be helpful!
There is no treatment to stop placental abruption or reattach the placenta. Once placental abruption is diagnosed, a woman's care depends on the amount of bleeding, the gestational age, and condition of the fetus. Cesarean delivery is performed for most cases of placental abruption and emergency delivery may be needed if hemorrhage occurs. Severe blood loss may require a blood transfusion.
See what I mean..you should keep your feet up and relax! I'll pray for you! Good luck!

u r 16 weeks that means u already pass the danger period.
For u my suggestion is to take plenty of rest. and always think about ur favorite place, person. pls read the holy books like Quran bible it does not matter which religion u r , it will give u peace in your mind.and when u go to sleep keep ur legs on 45 degree angle. u can do it by tyeing up ur legs with something. it works I know it from one of my cousin. She also had miscarage for 5 times.
drink lot of water & juice. and off course take shower with little bit hotwater
it will keep ur health good.
Congrats for twin baby.

I dont know what to say. I am so sorry you have suffered so much! I have had just one miscarriage, I couldnt imagine 13! I pray you have a healthy pregnancy, if not, then see a specialist, b/c after just 3 miscarriages in a row, you should have seen one. There might be a bigger probelm here.

Poor you have you spoken to your midwife about this? What did they say at the hospital. Take it easy dont do anything that will cause stress and dont lift anything that is heavy.
Dont know what to say just good luck i hope this all goes ok for you must be so hard and worrying, please talk to your midwife though and see if there is a risk of anything happening to the babies. Good luck let me know how you get on .xx

I don't have an answer - other members seem more clued up. BUT - I'm sending you all my love.
Be reassured that we really do have the best healthcare in the world (in spite of what the media say) - and everyone will be doing their utmost to keep you and your babies safe.
Much, much luck to a brave lady.

Ask to be referred to a specialist clinic - they will care for you extremely well. Also ask your midwife about taking aspirin (it was suggested by a women's hospital for a friend who had recurrent miscarriages - apparently it helps the babies 'stick' to the inside of the womb. DO NOT DO IT YOURSELF! I'm not a doctor and you should seek medical advice).
I'm wishing you the very best of luck - I really feel for you.

try to relax, do something to take your mind off of it, I know how heartbreaking it is to have miscarriages, I had two myself.
My last one was successful, and I had cancer during it without my knowledge.
Anyway, I was very concerned during my last one due to previouse difficulty, so I found hobbies, cross stitch, crochet, etc. Also try to keep your feet up, I mean by relaxing and don't stress your body.
Good luck.

A lot of bedrest and if you can see your midwife at least twice a week.
Make them give you ultrasound scans regularly, I had mine weekly for my entire pregnancy and it was fine I now have a crazy toddler who is on a permenant suicide mission (being batman and jumping off things lol)
