No. With my luck at the moment I spit some good looking gal would be walking by and where I might have had a chance she is now revolted at my spitting.

Whats the point to it? It wouldn't make me feel any better about what I was mad at. It would be sorta like whining about something instead of trying to find a solution. If its something I have some control over or can impact in someway, I'd rather point my energies into changing what is making me mad. If I can't impact it, I accept it, even though I don't like it. Life is too short to waste on negative emotions.
