What's the difference between mp3 and wma? Why is mp3 so much larger and wma so much smaller? Is one better?

WMA uses a different method to compress the data so it takes up less space but remains at the same quality. Mp3 is used more as WMA is to do with Microsoft, but WMA performs better then MP3.

there different compression formats and the reason why one is bigger than the other is how much u compress it
