i m new 2 computers,where can i learn computers, informatin technology,n multimedia, any training centres?

Depends which country you're in, but in most countries and cities there are lots of courses advertised in the newspapers that will teach you the basics. Newsagents also sell magazines that have CDs on the front that'll teach you step by step various things on computer.
