there is no way to tell for sure, however, the period of around a week after the menstruation is generally thought to be the least fertile. if it was less that 3 days ago she can take the 'morning after pill' though this is not me advising her to do so.
it's merely an option, and not a full-proof one at that.

You don't have to ejaculate to expose her to sperm. It can exists in the pre-ejaculate as well. If you are concerned about having a baby right now, it is better to prepare yourself with knowledge about how best to prevent that. Planned Parenthood is a good resource.

Women normally ovulate 7-10 days after their period, so you should be safe. But, it is still possible. Wait and if she is late then get a test. Use protection!!
