Since you are obviously very literate already, I would take every chance to watch TV in English and watch movies in English which have a lot of dialogue. Total immersion in the language is very important, too.

Make sure to look up words that you do not already know and learn how to use them - also, learn the correct pronounciation. Try to speak to other people in English to improve your vocabulary and understanding of grammar.

Good luck!

It sounds like you are using a broad range of tools to help you to improve your English, which is terrific! The more variety you use, the more likely it is that you will build a broad vocabulary. Websites, TV, etc, are all great. One thing that I have found very helpful in language study is to have a notebook where I can write things as I learn them. That helps to pull everything together from all the various sources you've been using. Also, it's helpful to be able to see how your language skills have developed over time and a full notebook will be a valuable resource full of notes and tips that are applicable to your own personal language learning curve.

By listening to well spoken people, possibly by watching intellectual news-programs and interacting with those whose English you find admirable.
