Muslims do not hate pigs. Muslims are simply forbidden according to the teachings of Islam from eating pigs. It is not just Muslims, jews also are not allowed to eat pigs.
There is no controversy here, simple teachings according to both religions. There is no clear justification for why not, except that it is a filthy animal that eats its own dirt.
If you want to look at the scientific side, science has proved beyond reasonable doubt that pig meat contains a lot of harmful bacteria and other organisms that can cause both short and long term health problems!!
I would say both religions had foresight.

Well we do not hate the cretion of God on the contrary we do not hate any living thing. The Pig is only prohibited for us to eat. We can't use any of the things which is made from piggish stuff e.g. leather, hair, meat, bones etc.
It has been known that the people who eat the meat of any particular animal inhibit its characters and few of the characters of the pig is to eat the **** and invite other pig to cohibit with its mate. that is what most of the westerners do. Oh sorry i do not mean to abuse any particular race but that is what i found our from the analysis....

Its because its haram in arabic masama in tagalog and bad in english. Let me just tell you the story and it goes like this. People believe that pigs are the most dangerous to eat because they have said that bad spirits entered the pigs body thats why muslims dont eat pigs. if you eat pig then the bad spirits will enter your body and you would be evil thats what they believe. And another they dont eat it because they are not cook so cook it first before they will eat it alright nice tip huh.....

Muslims do not hate pigs. We r just forbidden to eat them. Because they eat their own waste, and because some of their internal organs are similar to humans. And because their flesh contains something wehich is not good for health

they don't eat pig becasue of their religion which forbids that and also because of the climate... most of them live in the dry tropical climate and the temperature doesn't allow such meat becasue of the high contain of fats...
On the other hand becasue some AMERICANS are pigs ,,,, LOL

i think, well, i just think. my muslim frnez say dat, they r not hating it. just being asked not 2 get near dat animal(pig). ive been told, dat there's a lot of advantages of keeping away urself from pig. i'll ask my frenz bout this again...
