Depending on your computer, you must type , , or very early as the system is booting to get into the BIOS. Once in, one of the screens should have the bios password.

most Bios chipsets require hitting delete button to enter the Bios Setup, in some other Bios Chipsets the F1 button will do the same.
set a the password u need from the user/supervisor password,
and check for the option that make the password being asked when booting, the option will be (passwod for : setup(default) or system).

Restart/reboot your system and use either the Esc key or F2 straight away don't wait at all eg. as soon as power is on push key.
In there you will find what you are looking for but remember to remember or write down the password because you are going to need it every time you restart your system.

restart your PC and hold down Delete to get BIOS menu, then go to password select from there

when you PC starts up you pres DEL and there in the menu you will find something like set user password. there you can set it
