basically i have been getting pains in my right hand side it started beginning of this year. i was being sick and passing out a week before i was due on! i got swab tested and that came back all clear i just wondered if anyone knew if i needed to go for a scan or anything. as it is still bad, i have noticed a small lump appearing. if someone could get back to me i would be vrey grateful. I have noticed i can not get pregnant i have been in a relationship for a long time never used anything and never got pregnant. ia m only 17 years of age and the last thing i want is to drop down dead. i really need it resolved. my doctor is not very good! please get back to me soon! its giving me a lot of grief! thank you very much!

You really need to be more specific. What I decipher is that you are having pains on the right side of your body. I'm going to leap to the conclusion that you are talking abdominal pain. I assume the swap test you refer to is a Pap smear? You mentioned passing out as well and not getting pregnant after having unprotected sex and you are 17. I'm not a doctor but if I hear what you're saying you might want to see your doctor again and rule out an ectopic pregnancy. It adds up and if that's what it is you need to see him/her now! If I read what you were saying incorrectly then just ignore me.

Right first of all you need to go to your Docotor's, and ask them to refer you to the Hospital in which they will do all sort of test from water sample,blood test, and a scan etc, because worrying is only going to make this matter worse, I am sure it is onlynothing, but never the less you still should get it checked out, as they will know more then what the Doctor does, so that is what you should do ok!

Firstly just because you haven't got pregnant yet doesn't mean you can't and you shouldn't be having unprotected sex anyway. Do you want a baby at 17?
Where is the lump? You don't say so i can't really give you any advice apart from go back to your doctor or maybe see if you can see another doctor or get referred to a consultant.
And PLEASE don't carry on having unprotected sex, you can get pregnant, you've just been lucky so far but it could happen. Take care.

You need to see about changing doctors. See a specialist. What you are describing is not normal. Suggest getting a C125 test done- this is a test that is used to help detect ovarian cancer. Which is basically a silent killer. Do not let anyone tell you that you are too young to have it because guess what they are wrong. No matter how old or young you are you can still get certain cancers. Hopefully your problem is due to a cyst and nothing more serious. Please seek medical help and tell that doctor to kiss your butt.

Get a blood test done!
Demand it!
and show the doctor the lump
If swabs came back negative and there's something obvoiusly wrong they've gotta do something about it. go with a family member whos very loud and bossy, they'll soon do what you ask.
And see a different doctor in the surgery, or when you faint again get someone to take you to casualty. they'll definately do tests

dear you should avoid all hormonal medicine if you had been trying , rather take good fruit diet and milk . Your uterus might be weak so that you fail to get pregnant . Try to contact --www.planetayurveda.com for your treatment of lump. Take it seriiously , ayurvedic treatment can also help you tone up your uterus functioning and get you pregnant any time but i guess 17 isn't right age to have baby, wait for 3 years more.

if you don't trust your doctor, when it really hurts, go to A&E (emergency room), tell them the history, and that it makes you vomit and pass out (not only is this true, it will put you a lot higher on their priorities!)
tell them you have been to your doctor, but you don't trust them.
You could also mention the pregnancy thing though i would assume it is unrelated. you are only 17, and some people's systems dont settle enough for pregnancy until mid 20's!

PLEASE NOTE... i am no doctor but your pains sounds similar to what i get.
It could be endometriosis, look at the website www.endo.org.uk.
Go talk to your GP again, explain how painful it is and state that you want it investigated, ask to be referred to a gyneacologist. They may send you for a small op called a laparoscopy just to see what is going on.
