It would be wise to have them removed. They may be absessed. You may have to take an antibiotic first. People haven't died from bad teeth since the middle ages, but we have dentists today. Go to an oral surgeon to have them removed. I have 1 of my wisdom teeth left. Two were taken out when I was 20 and 1 when I was 27. The other was left because I had the tooth next to it removed so there was plenty of room for it to enter.

Well, not really the fact of bad teeth but you can get seriously sick from a severe infection that is caused from the decaying teeth. My suggestion is that you see about going to your denist to have the tooth remove. If the tooth is not decaying, then it is mostly likely the discomfort and such is caused from the fact that you don't have enough room in your mouth for it. People will have their wisdom teeth come in even if there is not enough room for the teeth to come in as they should. Either way you are most likely are going to have to see about getting the tooth removed.

You should NEVER wait for your teeth to bother you, because then it is too late. Few people die from bad teeth, but in time, if you don't take care of them, each and every teeth can get infected and there is the danger of cancer(mandibular and maxilar). Go treat them when cavities are small and not painfull.

Don't think you'll die from procrastinating with your wisdom teeth but why fool around with this problem? See a Dental professional and find out what's going on in your mouth.

It will only get worse. Get them pulled before you get older.
