Do not really understand what you are meaning by this question. Are you asking what to do it the dog just contracts a virus accompanied by fever? There is an actual viral fever, but it is contracted through migratory birds, In any case, contact your vet the dog will have to be put on antibiotics to fight whatever viral infections that is occuring with your dog.

Please don't feed dogs milk. It can cause stomach upsets which if the dog is already ill will make matters worse.
Take it to the vet. They are the best qualified to advise you.
