If I understand correctly, you want to know how to interface an RC timing circuit or filter to a digital Pass Transistor Logic gate?
This would be a mixed analog/digital design perhaps useful for creating a oneshot or time delay. I have not used PTL, so have little exposure to it, but it would seem that since it is a low power technology, high value resistors would be advisable in the RC and lower C values would be better to use with the higher R values (and to retain the speed of the PTL). Without knowing more about the actual objective of the RC circuit, I cannot answer in better detail.
