one I'm very forgetful...
two I loose trake of time when I'm having fun or emersed in something...

Uh, being messed up as in TIRED for me...
I don't drink, do drugs, or go compleately crazy.

I'm one of those people who need SLEEP and FOOD to function. If I don't have FOOD I'll get sleepy and if I get sleepy well I will be here but I will not BE HERE lol my mind will be driftin' for sleep LOL.
