Please be more specific. Islam is a religion. There is only one Islamic religion and people who profess Islamic religion are called Muslims. Tribes are about races. There are many races who profess Islamic faith. There are Chinese Muslims, Malay Muslims, African Muslims etc.
Are you asking about the Arabs tribes such as the Quraisy etc? Please differenciate between religion and race.

As a Muslim, I know one Islam.
Some people would adhere to some Muslim scholars in understanding Islam, but all those scholars are still Muslims and belong to no specific tribe or nation...

From what I know they’re more than that. For example Shiite has 12 school of religion, Sunni has four school of religion, and there are more like mu’tazilah, khawarij, etc.
