There used to be cd with every mobile set. Insert the CD and when new hardware window pops up select Cd rom as the source. If u dont hav the CD go to Motorolas website u will get the Driver and the software need to transfer PIcs and other stuffs.

I have had in the past problems transferring data a few years ago I had a nokia 7650 the big old square thing with the key board that slid into the phones body bit old I know but it was a very well equipped old beast usable camera [if you took the time 2 set it up properly ] it had Blue-tooth and infra red data transfer capabilities but no available data cable I had read that blue-tooth was the best option 2 use so I got a dongle and although it recognised my computer and my PC recognised my phone it never sent 1 piece of data then I went 2 my local nokia spcialist and was told the Blue-tooth never works on that but was assured the I.R connection was a better option [ which indeed it was had no probs at all ] my niece also has a Motorola one of those RAZR things and she cannot get it too work over the D.T cable but you can allways send pictures 2 yourself over your E-mail address at least that's what I do I have a old [now] V220 Motorola ! and that seems 2 send photos 2 my address no problem that has a port 4 a data transfer cable [ usb ] but never been able 2 obtain one but at around £ 20 I am not 2 bothered now as I shall be updating soon but after all that try getting in touch with Motorola service dept they are really help full they assign you a personal trouble shooter 2 help you very good service indeed

If you have Internet access you could go to the Motorola site
and download the software from there, didn't the Motorola come with an installation disk?
