You're more toned which gives the impression of weight loss. Try to gradually increase your training, and vary the types of training you do.
Be patient and persevere
It might take a week or two before the results will show, but they will steadily appear. After the first month you will be able to both see the results and measure them.
Good luck and well done!

i do not get why you don't need to achieve muscle. Muscle takes up a lot less area, so your outfits will be looser even on an same weight. that is an get mutually. even as i turned right into a teen I weighed one hundred and 5 pounds. i began taking karate and that i received 15 pounds. I wore an same good length outfits as I did at one hundred and 5 pounds. after i finished taking karate, I lost that 15 pounds of muscle. Muscle makes your metabolism speedier besides, so in simple terms exercising and in case you position on some muscle do not complication about it. you'll seem thinner and be a lot in good structure. BTW, 100 and twenty 5 pounds for 5' 4" truly isn't that fat. in case you turn any fat you've into muscle you'd be nice at that weight. don't be so in touch about numbers. How your outfits in nice condition and how your body seems is what concerns.

For one thing you need to vary your diet. Certain foods aid in the digestion of others. Also the amount of exercise you are doing is way too much. YOu are now building muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. One hour THree days a week is enough. Increase your exercise time when you get closer to your goal weight.

Switch to more cardio and less weights.

The bike, the treadmill, the eliptical (sp?), the stairmaster, those are all aerobic or cardio based excercises.

I'm doing the same right now, and I've noticed the muscle gain quickly, but my weight loss had levelled off. I'm told that this is natural and that this is one of the biggest causes for people to give up.

Keep on going. As long as you feel better and people have noticed, your doing it right.

Good luck, I really hope that everything works out.

That's actually quite common, and you should not be alarmed. Dieting will cause you to lose weight- a decrease in body fat.. but exercising causes you to burn fat.. BUT GAIN MUSCLE as well. This is why you LOOK thinner, more toned, but the scales are tipping upward. Don't be discouraged by this.. and don't frantically watch the scales, either. Use your eyes, and check in the mirror. The muscle gain will probably wane off, unless you really push it.. but the fat loss should continue, and you will begin to see the scales go down. JUST DON;T BE DISCOURAGED AND KEEP GOING! I KNOW!!!

You have hit a plateau. At dinner, for a few nights, be careful of your carb intake and you should see a drop in weight. Also, exercising, especially the amount you are doing, will put on muscle weight. Also, be careful of salt intake. You do need some with all that exercise but don't overdo. You should see a drop in a few days.

If you're training harder than normal, you will gain weight as your muscles increase in size. The fat will convert to muscle and muscle is heavier than fat! Instead of getting weighed it may be better to rely on how much spare room you have in your clothes now. Don't be disheartened, you'll get there in the end and look fantastic!

Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

muscle in fact weighs more than fat. so the fact that youve been in the gym regularly means building and strenghening your muscles. but if u still want to loose a bit more weight, i know it sounds strange but by eating egg for breakfast, you will on average eat 500 calories less than usual. the protein in the eggs keep u full for longer. and not eating carbs in the evening will reduce bloating.
