boy.. that's a good question. I've been in the same dilemma. I was in a relationship and this guy supported me but I felt like such a 'cheater' because I couldn't return the same feelings/love. I felt bad about it.. I thought what in the hell do I do?! I mean 'come clean' or wait and perhaps I could develop some 'deep passionate thing' for the guy? It sux. I guess.. I'd wait. (I DID wait..) It worked out that the guy I was lusting for (never saw the jerk.. we were writing/phoning) didn't 'come through' for me SO the poor slob working his heart out started to look a little better to me.. he said he 'understood' and that meant a lot.. SO I ended up sticking it out w/#l. I guess if you feel you are sorta 'using' this current girlfriend but there is no spark, you should come clean.. (Did you tell her any of this waiting for an opp. for someone better/to love? that'd kinda hurt her.. I think she kind of suspects you're not so hot for her tho..it's obvious in a way.) Maybe she's content with that.. or a lukewarm relationship, who knows(?) Some people are just fine w/it.. I'm unclear here.. do you have someone you DO want to be with.. (or are you thinking there's somebody out there for you, but not met her yet?) This makes a difference. I'd say stay w/the current gf, but explain things (you feel less guilty) if you do NOT have a certain woman in mind. If you do.. that is a different scene..

You need to think this one out. Have you been taking your
girlfriend for granted? If she walked out of your life, would
you follow her. If you don't have those feelings for her you
are wasting her time and yours.
You need to spend some time alone. Remember to think
long and hard before you engage someone else's heart
and emotions. It's a committment. She may be your
girlfriend, but you're a poor excuse for her boyfriend. You
would be doing her a favor to set her free.

break up guy and wait for mrs right, love should be reciprocal to get the excitment it brings. Breaking up with your gf now will be better than later, so you two should stop leaving a lie.

Be single and wait for the one you love. Neither you nor your gf deserve to be in a "fake" relationship with no true feelings...

If you don't love her then break up with her because it is ugly if you lie to her that you love her.It is not good to let her live in lies.
