I only pass stool two to three times a week. I take fruit salad almost daily. I drink alot of water, i have even tried taking roughage like cabbage and it's all in vain, there is no change. I experience stomachaches,like am ready to, but the moment i visit the rest room it dissappears even if i force or i gas out instead. What can it be?

Fiber is the answer to most questions along this path.

If you don't eat fiber foods, then take a fiber supplement daily to help cover that aspect.

Drink lots of water (don't drown yourself, just drink plenty) and eat fiber crackers, fiber cereal, celery, and the like.

If this isn't helping, contact a doctor to see if there is a real issue. Regretfully if the other doesn't work, this might be the path that you should take.

Appearantly your food has little do to with it. Fibres and drinking a lot of water helps, but since you tried that, yous hould talk to a docter and try laxantia or something like that.

Most problems can be solved with food, but sometimes people actually need medication

lack of fiber..... tons of fiber what u need... try eating like celery, pineapple find food that has fiber.... more fiber in your diet and water. and its not normal as many people says to go every other day... its normal to go 2 or 3 times A DAY and the best diggestion is when you go more or less 20 min after eating ... ur body needs to get the toxins out.... if you think you need help call your dr.

you need to start eating a high fiber cereal daily...there is one at Wal Mart, called Uncle Sam, it has flax seed. it really works.
Also try a stool softner and a fiber laxative every other day for a few weeks. this should help

There isn't a set number of times stool must be passed. As long as your diet is balanced (as you report) and you are passing without blood or discoloration, you're fine.

Pls. start having Papaya juice/cut in pcs.,daily and ur constipation problem

What you must try is anything fiber.Like prunes,wheat and grains bread,any kind of oats.If this doesn't work,please contact a doctor.

could be any number of thing. try somethng like metamucil each day to help you get regular..if that doesnt work, get it checked by a doctor.
