Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

Always eat a good breakfast. Oatmeal, whole grain cereals and eat fruit. 2 eggs once or twice a week is good for you too. You can scramble them with veggies like onion, mushrooms, zucchini and bell pepper. Drink a glass of water about 20minutes after your meal and take good vitamins at that time.
For a midmorning snack eat a piece of fruit.Drink water 1/2 hour after that.
For lunch, a half of sandwich with either a piece of fruit or salad. Be careful of the dressings. Use very little mayonaise on the sandwich too. Drink another glass of water 1/2 hour later.
For an afternoon snack you can eat another fruit or a small nonfat yogurt. Drink a big glass of water....10-12 oz 1/2 hour after your snack.
Dinner should be piece of meat that is not larger than the palm of your hand, large salad with no dressing or just a small amount and eat a veggie or have a bowl of soup that is full of veggies and has some meat or tofu in it. You should still have a salad. Drink another large glass of water 1/2 hour after the meal.
Decide that one day a week you can have a few of your favorites like pasta, butter and a small bowl of ice cream. Set a day and stick to it. You still need to watch that you do not overeat but you can have one day where you can look forward to small treats.
Drink more water in the evening. You can have some teas but you really need the water.
Don't eat after 7pm.
The reason I say to drink after you eat is if you drink with your meal, you water down the hydrochloric acid in your stomach and you need that acid to break down the foods. If plain water is hard to get down, put in a slice of lemon or lime. If you drink it cold or iced it tastes better and it helps you to feel full and it hydrates you a little quicker. If you are taking a really good vitamin, it helps you to not feel as hungry. It gives you nutrients that help you to feel satisfied.
Even if you can't exercise, can you sit in a chair and lift light weights or can you move your feet at the ankles...back and forth and in circles? Can you make it a point to walk around just a little? You can shrug your shoulders and tilt your head back and forth to lossen up your neck and back. Just try to do little things, while taking into consideration the health problem you have.
Good luck! Hope this helps. Find someone that will hold you accountable and tell them weekly how you have done. Let us know how you do.

You said that you can't do exercise, but I am assuming that you mean exercise like intense running, stair climbing and stuff are out.
Things is, only way to lose weight safely really is to increase calorie output over calorie intake, i.e. use more energy that you take in. So even though cutting back on sugary & fatty foods is a really good idea, it's only half the picture. You have to move. If you can't run, then take walks. Take the stairs instead of the elevator, all that kind of thing. A low impact exercise, such as aqua aerobics could work too.
Just bne careful, there are a lot of strange diet plans out there which promise dramatic weight loss. Most of them are very very bad for you and your health.
Take care!

try a diabetics diet very simple anything thats has more than 10g of sugar per 100g serve dont eat look for anything low gi especially cereals cut out peanuts and peanut butter also all deli meats (ham etc) they are high in fat.
Additionally, the amounts of food allowed is different when using the Diabetes Food Pyramid in order to keep the carbohydrates-per-serving similar. If using this Pyramid, you can have six per day of grains and starches, three to five servings of vegetables, two to three servings of milk, and one four serving per day from the meat and proteins group. . Fats, oils, and sweets should be kept to a minimum. Alcohol falls into the fats, oils, and sweets category.
hope this helps i wish i could find my plan then i could tell you exact will look in morning.

if you are really interested in loosing weight you need to do do some work out apart from the diet programme.....best join some good fitness club they will give you a diet chart and with excercise you can reduce upto 4 kg a month.....
never take packed foods as it contains preservatives which prevents fat burining.....
eating lesser diet and staying on fruits will not help you as eating less food makes your stomach lazy for digesting so it doesnot process fat burning also....
best is to take a balanced diet and do some excercises....

A pull-up bar is a very good way to start training in your house, they fit in most doorways. As well as regular pull ups, you can do leg raises to tone your stomach. It will help to tone your shoulders and arms. I recommend starting to go climbing, but I would!
