Due to constipation i am suffering with mouth ulcers. And pimples also.

75% of us are chronically dehydrated. For many our thirst response is so inefective, because of all of the environmental toxins in our body, that we often mistake hunger for dehydration. When we are chronically dehydrated, our body becomes unresponsive to cues to digest food. Our stomach quits producing acid to break the food down in our gut. The food in our gut is at a stand still.Our bodies become acidic when our stomach is not breaking down food properly. If you were to use a test srtip from a swimming pool kit, you will find that your urine is very acidic. Mouth ulcers and acne may be a result of the gut not functioning properly. There are ways to balance one's pH and improve one's health. It takes sticking with it though.

I have found that drinking 6-8 glasses of distilled water with a dash of unrefined sea salt doubles my bowel movements in a day. This hydrates and mineralizes our bodies and gives our intestines and internal organs what they need to begin eliminating food again.

Raw fruits also help with the digestive process. One in every four portions of food should be fruit. Many people have zero portions of fruit a day. Juicing is one way to get more fruit into your diet. If you are going to purchase fruit juice, buy unsweetened juice.

A dash of raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar in a glass of apple juice with a shot of prune juice, 1/2 of a squeezed lemon, and a dash of cinnamon could give your body the gut flora it needs to begin balancing your ph and the acid needed to move food as well.

You could also try mixing an avacado, mixed with 1/2 of a squeezed lemon, a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, and salt a chip dip with unrefined sea salt for chips or crackers to temporarily overcome constipation.

Milk and other dairy is a true villain for those who have chronic constipation. One glass of milk or cheese from one slice of pizza contains hundreds of thousands of mucous cells. Mucous plugs up the gut and slowes digestion. Cow's milk is made for cows...not people... and even baby calves will die in 6 weeks from malnutrition from drinking homogenized milk. Just say no to hormone and vaccine pumped up homogenized milk. 25% of the calories of the average American comes from sugary drinks. Most sugary drinks are diuretic and dehydrate the body. If you drink one sugary drink, you must add 3 glasses of clean water to a healthy amount of 6-8 glasses of water to break even or you are going to be dehydrated. Avoid refined sugar.

Large comsuption of pasta and bread could cause dehydration because most commercially made bread and pasta is made from refined wheat flour and just one step away from being sugar.

Excessive meat consumption causes constipation. Meat takes much longer than other foods to process. Fasting from meat consumption could help eliminate constipation if combined with drinking clean water to help get rid of undigested meat and other foods stuck in the gut.

What we eat and drink and what we don't eat and drink will cause us to eliminate food properly or plug it up. Sometimes we abuse our bodies so much that we form gallstones and this further aggrivates the problem. Fasting from cooked food, dairy, and wheat for one week, while drinking three glasses of apple juice each day, with a tablespoon of raw unfiltered apple cider vinega,r and a dash of cinnamon, plus 1/2 of a squeezed lemon will disolve gallstones. Eating salads with a vinegarete made from olive oil and apple cider vinegar will help push gallstones out. I would repeat this process three or four times for best results.

I drink apple cider vinegar and drink clean water with sea salt every day. I have two bowel movements each day now. I add many foods, herbs, and spices when my body tells me to. Getting in tune with your body is critical. Find what works for you.
It is really what matters anyway.

To get rid of bad breath you must get rid of the source of bad breath. Most people just cover up bad breath with mints and gum but these products only work for a very short time. Bad breath is caused by bacteria on the top of the tongue which must be removed to cure bad breath. I use OraBrush tongue cleaner because it is both a brush and a scraper. yes food habits do cause such problems....like stomach upset leads to mouth ulcer and also too much oily stuff leads to pimples and blemishes....so eat healthy and exercise ...drink atleast 8 glass of water a day ....
