I heard that chewing tobacco is worst because you can rapidly catch cancer, especially in the mouth.
I took some classes about tobacco and they showed us some pictures, it was not a pretty site.
they showed a guy who has been chewing tobacco for one year, evently, he had mouth surgery and basically the doctors removed portions of his lower lip and cheek skin and replace it with *** skin, pretty disgusting don't you think.

Depends on whether or not you want to easily gain lung cancer over oral cancer.

Also, although the spit from chew is gross, it has no real chance of giving others around you cancer, like smoking does.

Hope that this helps.

I would say smoking is worse, because chewing may give you buccal or lingual cancer (cheek or tongue), but smoking will give you lung cancer. Removal of the tongue or parts of the inner cheek would certainly be inconvenient, but removal of a lung will be far more of a lifestyle change. All in all, however, both are unhealthy.

Cigaretts can give you Lung, Throat, Mouth, and Skin Cancer.

Chewing tobacco can give you Throat, Mouth and Stomach Cancer (stomach if swallow the juices produced regularly).

Pick how you want to die. All the cancers do the same job.

Cigarettes can screw up your lungs and I guess breathing is the most important bodily function, so I guess cigarettes are worse. But then I don't know how easily mouth cancer spreads to the brain. Is a puzzlement.
