REMEMBER that there are 4 skills to develop when you're learning any language.

1. Reading
2. Listening
3. Writing
4 Speaking

You need a to have a good English dictionary (buy one that gives you pronunciation guide, examples of idioms, origin of the word, etc.)

YOU CAN WATCH ENGLISH DVD MOVIES. This will improve your reading and listening skills.

To your writing and reading skills: ALWAYS read english magazines, books, and comics. Don't try to learn english from newspapers because it has lots of grammar and spelling mistakes.

Try to solve crossword puzzles.

To improve your speaking skills: OF COURSE, speak with others. Don't worry about making mistakes. We learn from them.

ALL THE BEST.

By the way, the correct spelling of improw is IMPROVE.

Ya u really need to. Not "improw", it is "improve"
The best way is to talk more to people who are good in English(not slang);
Watch more English shows on TV;
Listen to BBC or any other English news channel;
Read more English novels and stories which u find interesting
(Must check vocab u don't know in dictionary and take note on a note book)
These are what i have done in these 5 yrs

You're young, and that will help you.

If you only need English for academic purposes, any good textbook will help. Check Oxford (the publishing house) for recent publications.

If your goal is spoken English, expose yourself to native speakers as often as possible. Actual conversation is best, but watching TV broadcasts in English is also helpful.

Good luck!

You can start with spelling.

Spending time chatting and writing email is the absolute worst thing to do. If everyone wrote books the way they write emails, we'd never have Shakespeare.

Read books. Believe me you won't die if you don't ask the asl of ten thousand people.
