What type of church and what pressures do you encounter?

I attend a non-denominational, church where I am an Intern pastor, and I run the homeless ministry. I also work at a Christian drug and alcohol treatment facility. I don't really see any great pressures, if these were things that I was doing in the world and in my own strength, I would be under a great deal of pressure. But as I do all things unto God, I can withstand a lot of pressure, and not consider it as such. In the Bible Jesus told us that we would face great persecution for His name. I don't think we face that here in this country, just yet, but I believe that the day is coming that we as Christians will face great persecution for the Gospel. I also believe that as Christians, that we are all called to be in some type of ministry, that is why Jesus said that He did not come here to be served, but to serve. And He gave us the example of washing the disciples feet and that we should do the same to one another. God Bless....

I teach The Scriptures , IN ORDER , been doing so since 1980 when i became a Christian , and i do love it , 'cause i learn and teach others , answer questions , discuss Biblical Doctrine , answer SECTS and CULTS issues , aware Christians on Freemasonry and Jehova's Witness , keep Christians up to date regarding The Vatican
TACTICS to deceive the Church via the
ECUMENISM , and so on i can not finish all
around benefits of this Salvation , Amen .

I don't do ministry, I have a hard enough time just trying to live as a christian should.

I'm Buddhist living in a bible thumping belt town. So you can imagine. Mostly I volenteer at the local shelters and the pantrys I also help kids and run day programs.

i am nondenominational so i am christian and i really don't encounter pressure. I am a young and new minister i just got my license in Dec. and i haven't came across any pressure yet
