For those with surnames ending in "ic", do you spell just as "ic" or as "ić", with the accent on the 'c'?

Serbs usually spell it as ić, and Slovenians as ič.

always ić - with the mark above.

I'm not sure if you know this but c and ć are two different letters, it is not an accent on a letter.
we also have a letter č

if you use the Cyrillic alphabet it would be ( ћ)
so Petrović would be Петровић
