first of all try to concentrate on smooth breathing, then start concentrating on the in coming and out going breath. after some time you will find some tingling experience on the tip of the nose, keep concentrating and at one fine moment you will be fast asleep. good luck!

Take some melatonin... get a prescription or buy it if it's over the counter.
Also... Benadryl will do the trick!!
