You can get hair extensions at any length :) make sure to get them done professionaly as the shorter the hair the more obvious it can be :)

extensions arent all that good this may not be true but if you do get hair extension you may wnt your hair to be long because when you get the extensions done they put it on the end of your hair and apparently when you want them out or hav to come out because they are killing your hair they snap the ends of or have to cut where they put the extensions in, which is a few inches of your hair. Dont know if its true or not but thats what put me off.

To Cherri...no that is not true.
There are so many methoths to wear extensions, I have tried them all. I LOVE them. If you go to a professional and take good care of your hair, you walk out with no damage, and can become a hair extension junky like me.
If you have an inch of grow in your hair you can rock hair extensions. Look online for hair extensions method.
Be aware...they are addictive!

purple would seem very well relying on what color of brown your hair is often purple and purple can make a brown seem truly gross...have relaxing with it i imagine purple would probably seem cool. once you've mild brown perhaps bypass with something extra organic if that is darkish purple will be nice
