my opinion:

a woman may be into older men when it comes to dating, that's her personal choice, just like a guy has his choices. and like you said, you'll are both fairly comfortable with this at this point, so I'd think its fine, the age difference does not really matter in your case.

but here's my thoughts:

do you love your job? if so, dating a co-worker, in my opinion, is not so great of an idea. i mean, it is fabulous if things work out really well between you two; but if things don't work out or go sour, you're stuck facing the same person every single day. if that happens, at that point, you'd probably need to make a choice:
a) to just put up with seeing the same person every day because you love work, or
b) to quit the job you love and look for a different position elsewhere so as to have a more comfortable work environment.
in my opinion, such a situation is entirely avoidable if the other person is (maybe same age difference, but) not a co-worker

but if you don't love where you work, it is a different story - you simply can quit, and move to a different position elsewhere.
obviously, she has the exact same options if things don't work out or go really sour between you two.

an assumption here is that she does not report to you; if she does and you are unhappy with her only for personal reasons, what would you do? is the matter going to head to the HR department?

Trust me there is nuthin wrong is this the girls r mature & the boy of their same age will never undersatnd as an elderly 1 can understand this relation may grow also but there is nuthin wrong in this after all every 1 tries to find people with whom they r comfortable -- its a birth right remmember 1 thing no matter wat the age is, no relation can b compared with other ( wat ever pple said abt ur age can b her father & stuff)

I'm 33 and my man is 57. We get along great. We've been together for almost 3 years. He has children older than me. We all get along great because they know I really love him. We laugh alot, talk alot, and the sex is incredible! Relationships at whatever age is about give and take and caring about the other person! If you both are happy, that's all that really matters!

its not okay because you can be her father.if it happen to you that your daughter is dating someone at that age what do you think?
so dont do it to her take her like your daughter. be very simple to her so she will understand where you are going and coming from.
