There is nothing unethical about running a casino. It is only unethical to rip off players. That is why there are sites that separate the good from the bad like http://www.ranked-online-casinos.com and provide reviews by actual players.

It depends on the fairness of the games. I am a slot-player. I like video slots that have second screen bonuses. I've recently learned that these slots in Vegas, riverboat casinos, and those half-arsed Indian casinos often are rigged to payout less than 80 cents on a dollar. Freaking crooks.... especially the Indian casinos. I'll play table games anywhere, but slots... only online.

Answer: It depends on the casinos. Fair casinos = ethical. Unfair = Indian Casinos

Depends on what you mean by the word "ethical" . If " ethical " were to mean morally right or morally correct , then it is ' unethical' . You can look around at all the moral teachings in the world , there is no moral teachings that I know of , that tells you gambling is good.

I would say that it would totally depend upon whether or not it was a legally licensed casino, or an illegally unlicensed casino.

and also your own personal convictions, if in doubt always follow your good conscience.
