Hi, most pharmacies in Thailand do carry this item. Even if you do not speak Thai, the people there will understand if you just ask for it by name. And it is quite cheap there. I had bought them over the counter as part of my first aid kit.
Just ensure you understand its usage.

I am not familiar w/the product but almost every pharmacy will have someone who speaks English and if they have the doxy, they will surely know that word..

You can get it in any pharmacy. Try one in a major shopping area. They'll probably speak English if you don't speak Thai.

any drug store, there is one a few doors from the Marriott Hotel, they will sell it to you on Sukumvit Road near the metro station
