It's come up here a few times. The nature of the question, if you don't know, is that, according to the Bible, when Cain (Kabil) killed Abel (Abil), he is sent by God to the Land of Nod, where he finds a wife.

The question of who Cain's wife is has been a big question between doubters of Christianity and believers in Christianity. Without long cut-and-pastes from online Qur'an sources, could you tell me how, according to Islam, Cain got married? And, in Islam, did Cain kill Abel?

Genuinely curious.

peace be upon you dear brother .. i really respect the way you asked .. also i respect your willingness to know ...

About how Kabil and Habil got wives in Islam:
================================
Eve has gave birth twice ... the first time she got a boy and a girl... and also in the second time, she got a boy and a girl ...

God instructed them that each boy marries the girl that he was not born with ... and it is a taboo for them to marry the girl that was born with each on eof them ...

so each of them married the other's twin ...

and that's how they both got married ...

About who killed who:
===============
It's stated in Quran that Kabil(Cain) killed his brother Habil because he was jealous of him ... and he wanted his wife , but of course Habil refused that ...

So their father Adam told them to offer a sacrifice to Allah ... and Allah will accept from the one who is right ...

So they did ... but when they did that ... Allah accepted from Habil ... so he kept his wife ... but his brother hated that ... so he killed him ...

Proof from Quran:
=============
5:27
"And (O Muhammad) recite to them (the Jews) the story of the two sons of Adam [Haabil (Abel) and Qaabil (cain)] in truth; when each offered a sacrifice (to Allah), it was accepted from the one but not from the other. The latter said to the former: "I will surely kill you." The former said: "Verily, Allah accepts only from those who are pious.""

5:28
""If you do stretch your hand against me to kill me, I shall never stretch my hand against you to kill you, for I fear Allah; the Lord of the Worlds.""

5:29
""Verily, I intend to let you draw my sin on yourself as well as yours, then you will be one of the dwellers of the Fire, and that is the recompense of the wrong-doers.""

5:30
"So the Nafs (self) of the other (latter one) encouraged him and made fair seeming to him the murder of his brother; he murdered him and became one of the losers"

5:31
"Then Allah sent a crow who scratched the ground to show him to hide the dead body of his brother. He (the murderer) said: "Woe to me! Am I not even able to be as this crow and to hide the dead body of my brother?" Then he became one of those who regretted"

If Adam and Eve had two sons, Cain and Abel, where did Cain’s wife come from?” Although this is often asked as a trick question by Bible skeptics, the Bible does provide sufficient detail to give a satisfactory answer. Genesis chapters 3 and 4 present the following information: Eve was “the mother of everyone living.” Time elapsed between the birth of Cain and his offering the sacrifice that was rejected by God. Following his banishment to become “a wanderer and a fugitive,” Cain worried that ‘anyone finding him’ might try to kill him. God set up a sign to protect Cain, indicating that either his siblings or other relatives might try to kill him. “Afterward,” Cain had intercourse with his wife in “the land of Fugitiveness.” From the above, we can rightly conclude that Cain’s wife was a descendant of Eve born on an unknown date. Genesis 5:4 acknowledges that during his 930 years of life, Adam “became father to sons and daughters.” Of course, the Bible does not specify that Cain’s wife was Eve’s daughter. Indeed, the fact that she is mentioned after Cain’s banishment indicates that enough time had passed that she could even have been one of Adam and Eve’s granddaughters. The Amplified Old Testament describes Cain’s wife simply as “one of Adam’s offspring.” Since mankind was then so close to human perfection, such a marriage evidently did not pose the health risks that may imperil the offspring of such a union today. So Cain married one of his sisters or perhaps a niece, which would have been in full harmony with God’s original intention for the expansion of the human race. There is no mention of Abel having a wife.

I am not sure about Islam but here is what I believe is a possibility. In Genesis 4:16 it says, "Then Cain went out from the presence of the Lord, and settled in the land of Nod, east of Eden. 17And Cain had relations with his wife and she conceived, and gave birth to Enoch; and he built a city, and called the name of the city Enoch, after the name of his son."
Genesis tells us that Adam and Eve had two sons: Cain and Abel. Cain killed Abel, was exiled by God, and then in Genesis 4:17 we read that Cain had relations with his wife. Where did Cain get his wife? The answer is simple: Cain married either his sister or a niece.
In Genesis 5:4 we see that Adam had other sons and daughters.

"This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day when God created man, He made him in the likeness of God. 2He created them male and female, and He blessed them and named them Man in the day when they were created. 3When Adam had lived one hundred and thirty years, he became the father of a son in his own likeness, according to his image, and named him Seth. 4Then the days of Adam after he became the father of Seth were eight hundred years, and he had other sons and daughters. 5So all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years, and he died," (Gen. 5:1-5).

Since Adam lived several hundred years, having lots of children was not a problem. The Genesis account does not tell us about the order of the births nor does it tell us how old they were. By having many children it is certainly possible that there were many women around. This would mean that Cain married either a sister or a niece or some other relation. Of course at this point, the question of inbreeding is raised. But it is not a problem early on in the human race because the genetic line was so pure. Therefore, the prohibition against incest was not proclaimed until much much later (Lev. 18:6-18).

According to Islam, Cain DID kill Abel..But it's not mentioned in Quran whether Cain got married or not.. The story in Quran goes like that:

(And tell them accurately the story of the two sons of Adam. When the two offered their sacrifices, the offering of the one was accepted but that of the other was not accepted. The latter said, "I will kill you. " The other answered, "Allah accepts the offerings of the pious people only. Even if you stretch your hand to kill me, I shall not lift my hand to kill you,” for I fear Allah, the Lord of the Universe; I would rather prefer that you should bear the burden of my sin as well as of your own sin, and become a dweller of hell; this is the just retribution of the iniquity of the aggressors." Even after this his evil soul prompted him to slay his brother without the slightest compunction; so he killed him and became one of the losers. Then Allah sent a raven which began to scratch the ground to show him how he might hide the corpse of his brother. Seeing this, he cried, "Woe be to me! I have not been able to do even as this raven has done and so devise a plan of hiding the corpse of my brother. " After this he became very remorseful of what he had done.)
