well firstly to all u ignorant people out there eata cheese burger you will feel better and we cna blame ur rudeness on low blood sugars.
secondly my dear there are medication that you can try .... id recommend talking to a doctor first . but if u want to try it on ur own most pills such as smart burn have a hearb called(well actually a cactus extract) hoodia gordoni . its an apetite supressant . incresing daily activity is a major factor in losing wieght water sports are great b/c there is less stress on your joints. i do recommend that u look at the reasons u want to lose wieght and i hope they are for a more healthy lifestyle and for urself nad no one else or it wont work . its hard to be happy with ones self all the time but when you are things fall into place . I hope you find happiness and reach ur goal !!!

can you only eat vegetable fruit one week, and if ur blood is tipy A u can eat eggs ,it is enough, if u can ,i will tell you next step,

do as only the best do--- stress out about how fat you are, and eat nonstop to stop the stress.
that will definitely help.

try eating one meal a day for as long as you can take it, and exercise every day. (duh)
